6 Week Update

I can't believe he's already 6.5 weeks old. We've had our first wedding event with him and he did awesome even though it was outdoors and super humid he didn't melt down until 9pm and settled as soon as we got him into some AC and a dark quiet place to sleep. We go out for walks, mostly just Mom & baby but sometimes we have friends accompany us. Thanks to the friend's who have allowed me to come crash and hang out in the day time for company, day light and coffee (and sometimes catching up on my favorite tv show Once Upon a Time!). We avoid staying home as much as possible since the babe doesn't like sleeping in his bassinet in daylight hours anyways we have much better naps (and by we I mean him) in car seats and couches anyways.
His smiling SO MUCH these days! It's heart melting. We haven't managed to catch any full eye squinting smiles on camera yet but I'm sure one of these days I'll be ready for it.
Here are a photo I have managed to take. They are much fewer than I expected. It's hard to lug around a whole camera bag when I've already got so much in the diaper bag to begin with. And sometimes I'm just too tired/forgetful.
