I've heard more than a few pregnant women beg for their baby to come and just get pregnancy over with. I didn't really get it for the longest time as I sincerely have enjoyed being pregnant. However as of about last week entering 9months + I finally get it. Boy am I ever running out of room in there it seems the baby is constantly under my ribs and I have lower belly pressure (and all over belly pressure when this kid is pushing out) almost all day long not to mention the evening.
Gosh don't get me started on sleep. Turning over is painful and I gotta do it almost every 2-3 hours (which usually happens at the same time as the bathroom trips at least!).
Having said that, as uncomfortable as I am and as excited as I am to meet this little one it's still not a horrendous experience. I'm slowing down lots and feeling way more tired, still trying to keep active and get a couple preggo-type workouts in to keep my mobility up. Funny thing is I feel most mobile during my workouts but the rest of the day doing simple things like sitting, getting up, leaning forward to turn the car on, those are the things that are difficult, not working out. My MuTu core/stretching program seems to have been good though and I tried doing it before bed last night which may or may not have helped I'm not sure.
Anyhow I will be full term this weekend so my midwife gave me "permission" to go into labour any time after that haha! I said no problem I'm game with that. The Daddy brought up that we should talk about names again...apparently the ones we "choose" already he's not settled on (which I guess kinda goes for myself as well, maybe we'll just have to see this little person to finally figure it out!).
And on a lovely random note my sister sent me a great link to a free lullabye album which I of course gobbled up. You can find her here. Enjoy!
