Photos & Heartbeats

We first heard the heartbeat about a month ago and it was like woah there's a baby in there! Since then I pretty much look forward to every appointment just to hear the heartbeat. We heard it again this past Monday. It was so loud and strong and fast! She said it sounded like a happy baby :) Ha, whether they always say that to everyone or not I don't know but it was good to hear.

I'm still finding it awkward to "talk" to the baby or any of that sweet stuff I thought would just come easily and as soon as I found out I was pregnant. The Daddy is pretty good at that though. But when has he ever had a hard time talking? hehe...

Here's our baby's first photo at 12 weeks which was about a month or so ago. We get our next one (which apparently should be really fun to see all the features etc in a couple weeks...if I get around to making that phone call, oops! Was supposed to today. Also nope we are NOT finding out the sex. Too bad so sad muhuhahaha! Surprise!
